1982 - nasce a san Marcello Pistoiese, babbo chimico e mamma insegnante.
1988 - capisce che nella vita avrebbe voluto giocare a lego e nient'altro.
1999 - scopre, quasi come fosse la prima erezione, il suo interesse per l'arte contemporanea e comincia a fare cose buffe.
2001 - è tra i fondatori del gruppo "Fucine Tillanza" che si occupa di arte e cultura contemporanea a Pistoia.
2003 - primo Networking da artista con Marco Scotini.
2004 - secondo Networking da artista con Arianna Di Genova.
2005 - fonda con due amici lo Studio 8, uno spazio per l'arte contemporanea che funziona sia da studio privato sia da spazio per incontri e mostre per giovani artisti.
2006 - terzo Networking da artista con Giacomo Bazzani.
2008 - passa le giornate a fare da assistente a Loris Cecchini.
2009 - Capisce che l'arte è una cosa fighissima ma che c'è pure da lavorare e apre uno studio di grafica, web e design.
mastro-geppetto.it è il nome del progetto web che porta avanti con Lorenzo Maffucci e che si impegna a trovare soluzioni originali e creative nell'ambito della comunicazione digitale. Nel sito backtothepresent.it ad esempio è stata progettata l'inclusione di Google Maps (uno strumento ormai diffusissimo ma talvolta usato solo per fini estremamente banali) per creare l'ossatura del sito stesso. La riflessione è stata infatti "ma se in Google Maps si possono inserire link, testi, video e immagini, perché allora non fare direttamente il sito con questa applicazione di Google?". Ecco allora che, seppure sia stato creato anche un menu classico per rendere il tutto più accessibile secondo le varie normative in materia, il sito è costituito fondamentalmente da mappe di Google linkate tra loro e contenenti le informazioni dei workshop inserite attraverso dei banalissimi account di Google. Ogni partecipante al progetto riceve quindi una password con la quale può tranquillamente accedere a Google e inserire le sue foto, i suoi video e i suoi commenti al workshop. D'altronde lo sanno tutti che il design originale oggi è un po' morto; forse l'unica cosa che rimane da fare è proprio usare quello che già esiste cambiandogli solamente di ruolo. Chissà, magari un giorno faremo un sito usando solo le applicazioni di Facebook...

2005 - with two friends founds "Studio 8", a space for contemporary art that functions both as a private studio and as a space for meetings and exhibitions of young artists.
2006 - third "Networking" as an artist with Giacomo Bazzani.
2008 - spends his days working as Loris Cecchini's assistant.
2009 - understands that art is the coolest thing on earth but that one has to work as well and opens a graphic and web design studio.
mastro-geppetto.it is the name of the web project he runs with Lorenzo Maffucci whose purpose is to find original and creative solutions in digital communication. An example is the inclusion of Google Maps (a widespread tool often used for trivial purposes) into the site backtothepresent.it to create the very structure of the site itself. The reflection went: "if Google Maps allows the user to insert links, texts, videos and images, then why don't we build the website directly with this Google application?" Thus, alongside the creation of a classic menu that makes the site accessible according to the normative means, the website is made up fundamentally of Google maps, which are linked together and contain all the information on the workshops, inserted through the otherwise commonplace Google accounts. Every project participant receives a password to access Google, allowing him to post his pictures, videos as well as comments of the workshop. After all, everybody knows nowadays that original design is nearly dead; perhaps the only thing that remains for one to do is to develop what already exists by merely changing its use. Who knows, maybe one day we'll build a website using only Facebook applications...
